While this role may contribute technical input during scoping discussions, the primary accountability is successful project delivery. This role is focused on hands-on design and delivery of infrastructure and cloud projects, working across modern Microsoft environments including Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, and endpoint management.\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\nProject Delivery & Execution\r\nTypical projects include Microsoft 365 migrations, Azure infrastructure deployments, firewall and network redesigns, and onboarding new client environments.\r\nLead and execute client IT projects from design through implementation\r\nDeliver projects on time, within scope, and aligned with technical standards\r\nPerform hands-on configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting\r\nEnsure clean handoff to service teams with thorough documentation\r\nDesign & Technical Input\r\nParticipate in solution design for projects and new client onboarding\r\nProvide technical input during scoping and planning discussions as needed\r\nIdentify risks, dependencies, and implementation considerations early\r\nMentorship & Standards\r\nServe as a technical mentor to junior engineers\r\nContribute to documentation, standards, and repeatable processes\r\nPromote automation, efficiency, and best practices\r\nThis role requires independent project planning, timeline management, and proactive client communication.\r\nWhat We're Looking For\r\n7+ years of hands-on experience in an MSP or IT services environment\r\nStrong background in project execution with design-and-build experience\r\nProven ability to independently design, implement, and deliver complex technical projects\r\nOrganized, accountable, and calm under pressure\r\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\r\nTechnical Experience (Hands-On)\r\nStrong hands-on experience designing and implementing Microsoft 365 and Azure environments (migrations, identity, security)\r\nNetworking experience including firewalls, VPNs, switching, routing\r\nExperience supporting server environments (on-prem and cloud)\r\nBackup, disaster recovery, and security solutions\r\nAbility to design and implement solutions end-to-end\r\nRelevant Microsoft or networking certifications are a plus.\r\nLocation & Work Arrangement\r\nThis role is open to remote candidates.
