You will focus on private label products & solutions by collaborating directly with their teams to deliver on growth targets within the business, day-to-day company and customer needs, and creative new ways to forge relationships with a broad range of retail partners and contacts. Top candidates will have a broad skill set that includes strong sales management, strategic thinking, problem solving, leadership, collaboration, business acumen, and a deep commitment to the customer. A willingness to get creative on new product development and generation of sales opportunities is required, along with customer facing etiquette and communication skills.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild strong relationships with key contacts within all accounts. This includes Buyers, Category Managers, Sourcing, Product Development, and Manufacturing teams. Build and develop collaborative relationships within direct-to-retail and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operation of all aspects of your partners business. Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills, along with listening to learn. Develop relationship in which your customers and team members can rely on you to respond in timely manner, deliver feedback appropriately, be transparent as appropriate, and respect your partners and customers. Strong business acumen and project management skills to secure and commercialize new business within key Kerry technologies. Manage and execute key success factors to meet personal, team and company goals. Use data to identify areas of opportunity leading to successes. Understand and utilize data to ensure key partnership and reliability with team. Use in a way that drives overall business. Manage several moving parts of the business, with multiple customer partners, simultaneously with a high level of detail and organization. Apply solution and situational selling skills to meet customer demands/needs.Qualifications and SkillsBachelor's degree required. Ideally in Business, Communication, or a similar discipline. Minimum 5 years of work experience in private label retail account management preferred. Prior experience selling into top retail accounts. Experience working with and influencing cross-functional teams. Track record of success in delivering against goals and targets. Highly organized with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Willingness and ability to work independently with minimal oversight. Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Suite. Availability to travel up to 30%.Compensation DataThe pay range for this position is $88,100 - $163,700 in Annual Salary. Kerry typically does not hire an individual at the top or near the top of the range, as we are a pay-for-performance company, and this range is set to continue to reward performance annually while in role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate within the above range may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and Location. In addition, this position is also eligible to earn a performance-based incentive compensation.
