The ideal candidate is proactive, process-oriented, and comfortable balancing a high volume of administrative and project coordination responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.\n\nOverview:\nLocation: Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid)\nSchedule: 20–37.5 hours per week, based on workload and business needs\nDuration: Contract | August 2026 – November/December 2026\nPay: $30.00–$35.00/hour\n\nResponsibilities\nTrack and manage multiple projects, reporting requirements, and critical deadlines.\nProcess and coordinate quarterly, closeout, and compliance-related reports submitted by grant recipients.\nTransfer information between systems and documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.\nSupport the onboarding, submission, review, and approval process for new grant recipients.\nTrack workplans, compliance documentation, and required program forms through various stages of review.\nMaintain organized records, project trackers, and status updates for internal teams and external stakeholders.\nCommunicate with grant recipients regarding documentation requirements, deadlines, and follow-up needs.\nSchedule meetings, take detailed notes, distribute summaries, and manage action-item follow-up.\nSupport data management and reporting activities within CRM and project management platforms.\nHandle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.\n\nQualifications\n2+ years of experience in program coordination, project coordination, grants administration, administrative support, or a related field.\nExceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage high-volume work and competing priorities.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.\nExperience with CRM, project management, or document workflow systems; Salesforce experience is a plus.\nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with a distributed team.\nStrong customer service mindset and professionalism when working with internal and external stakeholders.\nComfortable learning new systems and processes.\nInterest in mission-driven, nonprofit, government-funded, or community-focused work.\nPreferred Experience\nExperience supporting grant-funded programs, nonprofit organizations, regulatory reporting, compliance processes, or government-funded initiatives.\nFamiliarity with document management, reporting workflows, and process tracking.\nExposure to federal grants, environmental programs, or compliance-related work is helpful but not required.\nEligible employees will enjoy the following benefits with Advent Talent Group:\nMedical Insurance\n401(k) Retirement Plan\nPaid Time Off (PTO)\n\nAdvent Talent Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer\nAdvent Talent Group is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
