Job DescriptionJob Title: Senior AssociateLocations: Boston, MA | Denver, CO | Jacksonville, FL (Hybrid – 6 days per month in office)About the RoleThe Senior Associate supports ETF operations by overseeing purchase and redemption activity, maintaining strong relationships with authorized participants, and ensuring accurate and timely processing. Our teams design, implement, and operate solutions that help clients manage data, automate processes, and scale their businesses with confidence.You will work with industry experts, modern platforms, and evolving technologies, gaining exposure to real-world operational challenges and large-scale enterprise environments.How You Will Make an ImpactReview and authorize ETF creation unit purchase and redemption transactions in accordance with standardized proceduresMeet or exceed departmental service goals for quality, responsiveness, and processing accuracyPrepare and maintain daily trade logs and supporting quality control documentationExecute administrative processes to facilitate daily securities and cash movements via DTCCRespond to ETF-related inquiries from authorized participants and prospective clientsManage authorized participant agreement execution and maintain ongoing client relationshipsDevelop working knowledge of ETF products to support internal teams and external stakeholdersSupport sales efforts by assisting with prospective ETF client interactions as neededRequired ExperienceMinimum 2–4 years of experience in financial servicesStrong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent analytical, organizational, and multitasking skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), with strong Excel skillsEffective communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentDeadline-driven with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesWhat Sets You Apart (Preferred Qualifications)5+ years of ETF industry-related experienceFINRA Series 99 licenseBachelor's degree (preferred)Knowledge of hedge funds and/or private equityFamiliarity with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) proceduresUnderstanding of FATCA and tax complianceExperience supporting client relationships and agreement processesJ-18808-Ljbffr
