The program manager will oversee the project execution in conjunction with the TLC technical team, our external strategic partners and contract manufacturer to deliver products to the market.\nRoles/Responsibilities\nPosition reports to the CEO and works closely with the innovation team and product manager.\nResponsible and accountable for the coordinated management of multiple projects directed toward strategic business and other organizational objectives\nEstablishes integrated program plans, schedules, budgets and costs. Develops dependency diagrams among tasks.\nDirects the engineering/technical team, monitors and reports all aspects of program performance (schedule, budget and technical output) with authority to issue operational and program directives to assure the success of the project from inception to completion.
