As a senior program manager, you will lead client engagements focused on operationalizing innovation in the federal market. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with senior government leaders and helping them foster an innovative culture that attracts emerging technology. You’ll be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, identify new and creative ways to connect the government with startup technology companies, help the government change the way they operate to be more agile and innovative, translate government use cases to private sector speak, and deliver Dcode product offerings to impact government missions. It's fast paced and exciting!\n\nSalary range: $110,000- $149,000 plus bi-annual bonuses\n\nSecurity clearance eligibility required.\n\nJob Responsibilities\n\nClient Success\nBecome a trusted advisor and partner for Dcode’s government clients as they work to bring innovative, agile, and integrate cutting-edge technologies into their missions\nEstablish clear client retention goals and milestones, consistently checking in on progress toward goals\nAnticipate client needs and proactively craft solutions\nProvide creative, novel perspectives and approaches to how the government operates in the areas of policy, acquisitions, finance, culture, and processes, in order to drive innovation and agility inside their missions\nEnsure we deliver exceptional quality and superior value-add work to our clients on time and above expectations\nDeliver workshops, write assessments and reports, and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to help clients solve their toughest problems\nProactively collect feedback from the client, review client concerns, and improve the client experience\n\nContract Management\nReview and understand contract terms and conditions to ensure Dcode is compliant with client contracts at all times\nContinuously monitor risks and propose solutions for fast resolution\nImplement strong communication plans with clients related to contract status, risks, issues, opportunities, etc.\nMonitor contract spending, deliverables, and burn rates; work closely with leadership and operations to ensure timely invoicing and contracting actions\nManage resourcing to ensure target profitability is met\nQualifications\n\nKEY SKILLS\n\nYou’ll learn something new every day in this role.
