Position will be onsite initially then hybrid and will be based in our Eden Prairie, MN Corporate Headquarters.\nPosition Overview\nThe Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) Solutions Engineer will be the primary technical and functional expert for Dynamics 365 CE at RxFunction. This role is responsible for the design, configuration, development, and maintenance of CE solutions, including integrations with Dynamics 365 Business Central, patient services, and other enterprise applications. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise, hands-on development skills, and the ability to partner with business stakeholders to deliver enhancements that improve productivity and compliance in a regulated environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nConfigure, develop, and maintain solutions within Dynamics 365 CE to support business requirements.\nPartner with product owners, patient services, sales, and marketing stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that enable business processes.\nDesign, build, test, and deploy enhancements, customizations, workflows, and plugins.\nParticipate in the full development lifecycle, including planning, design, testing, deployment, and support.\nProactively monitor system performance, identify issues, and resolve them to minimize downtime.\nMaintain multiple CE environments (development, test, production) and manage deployments through change management processes.\nDevelop and maintain integrations between D365 CE and Dynamics 365 Business Central and other enterprise applications using APIs and middleware tools.\nProvide break-fix support, follow incident management processes, and ensure timely resolution of support tickets.\nDocument technical designs, development processes, and system configurations.\nServe as a subject matter expert in the Dynamics platform, staying current with new features and platform lifecycle updates.\nWork with vendors and partners as needed to troubleshoot, escalate, and resolve issues.\nContribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes, DevOps practices, and system administration.\nQualifications\nRequired\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).\n5+ years of experience developing, supporting and enhancing enterprise systems.\nExtensive experience developing and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / Dynamics CRM.\nProficiency in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).\nExperience with JavaScript, TypeScript, SQL, PowerShell scripting, CSS, and HTML.\nStrong understanding of CE modules supporting sales, marketing, and customer service processes.\nExperience designing and developing integrations using APIs.\nExcellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.\nPreferred\nExperience with C#/.NET for plugin development and customizations.\nKnowledge of Azure services (Azure AD, Service Bus, Functions, Logic Apps).\nFamiliarity with Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP integrations.\nExperience with SharePoint, Exchange, or other Microsoft enterprise tools.\nExposure to compliance-driven environments (HIPAA, FDA, ISO).\nCompensation\nCompetitive compensation: $100,000–$140,000/year base salary, depending on experience and certifications.\nComprehensive benefits package.","company":"Rxfunction","rawCompany":"rxfunction","city":"Eden Prairie","state":"MN","isRemote":false,"isActive":false,"createdAt":"2026-04-14T10:39:05.037Z","occupations":[{"code":"15-1299.08","title":"Computer Systems Engineers/Architects","slug":"computer-systems-engineers-architects"},{"code":"41-9031.00","title":"Sales Engineers","slug":"sales-engineers"},{"code":"15-1252.00","title":"Software Developers","slug":"software-developers"}],"industries":[{"code":"541512","title":"Computer Systems Design Services","slug":"computer-systems-design-services"},{"code":"541511","title":"Custom Computer Programming Services","slug":"custom-computer-programming-services"},{"code":"513210","title":"Software Publishers","slug":"software-publishers"}],"jobPosting":{"@context":"https://schema.org","@type":"JobPosting","title":"Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) Solutions Engineer","description":"About RxFunction\nRxFunction, Inc. is a medical device manufacturer dedicated to improving patient mobility, independence, and quality of life.
