We are looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive Studio Host who will serve as the welcoming face of our studio.This role is perfect for someone who loves working with families, thrives in an organized environment, and enjoys being part of a positive, high-energy arts community.What You'll Do:Be the first smile families see.Greet students and families warmly as they enter the studioCreate a welcoming, professional environment at all timesManage communication with excellence.Answer and forward emails in a timely and professional mannerAnswer phones and assist with parent inquiriesDirect questions to appropriate team membersSupport enrollment and retention.Track and follow up on trial classesAssist with new student enrollmentSupport student retention efforts by ensuring families feel informed and cared forBe a team player.Provide support to teachers during class transitionsHelp communicate schedule updates or announcementsAssist with basic administrative tasks as neededMaintain studio standards.Keep the lobby, front desk, and shared areas clean and organizedSupport a polished and professional studio environmentWhat We're Looking For:Warm, confident communicator who enjoys working with children and familiesHighly organized and detail-orientedAble to multitask in a fast-paced environmentProfessional and dependableStrong customer service mindsetComfortable using email, scheduling software, and basic office systemsExperience in customer service, administration, or youth programs is preferred (but not required).Position Details:Schedule: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 7:00 PMWe are looking for 1-2 team members to cover this schedule.Compensation: $18.00 per hour plus tuition benefitsBenefits: Tuition perks, 401(k) eligibility, paid sick timeIf you are organized, friendly, and excited to help create an exceptional studio experience for our families, we would love to hear from you.
