a project.\nConduct risk assessments and support the development of safety procedures to promote a safe working environment.\nDevelop and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, reports, design analyses, calculations, test plans, and user manuals.\nMaintain accurate records of project milestones, design revisions, and system performance for future reference and quality assurance.\nProvide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to team members while fostering collaboration and continuous learning.\nResponsible for creating complete electrical engineering construction documents, plans, specifications, calculations, and design analyses for commercial, municipal, and infrastructure projects.\n\nWhat you will need:\n\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent ABET-accredited engineering program.\nAt least 4 years of experience designing electrical systems for commercial, industrial, and institutional facilities.\nProfessional Engineer (PE) license preferred, or at a minimum Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification with progress towards obtaining a Professional Engineer (PE) license.\nExperience with AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), and electrical analysis/design software such as SKM, ETAP, or similar tools.\nWorking knowledge of lighting systems, lighting controls, power distribution, branch circuit design, and control systems.\nStrong understanding of electrical engineering principles, methodologies, and industry best practices.\nFamiliarity with industry codes, standards, and regulations, including NEC, NFPA 70E, IESNA, ASHRAE 90.1, IECC, and applicable IEC standards.\nAbility to prepare detailed electrical plans, specifications, calculations, schematics, and technical documentation.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to conduct root-cause analyses and implement effective solutions.\nExcellent verbal and written
