We are seeking a talented Software Engineer (Full Stack) to join our growing engineering team.\n\nThis is a full-time, hybrid position with 1 to 2 days a week in-office to support close cross-functional collaboration.\n\nDay In The Life\n\nYou are a seasoned Software Engineer with a strong background in full-stack application development.\nWork closely with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and peer engineers to deliver well-scoped product features.\nCommunicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders across Engineering, Product, GTM, and Customer Success teams.\nYou advocate for and practice test-driven development (TDD) to ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable software.\nYour technical skills are complemented by your ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.\n\nWho You Are\n\n8 to 12+ years of professional software engineering experience.\nProficiency in at least one or more of the following languages: Ruby on Rails, Python, Java, PHP, or JavaScript, with experience developing full-stack, high-performance, and high-availability applications.\nStrong foundation in programming principles and design patterns.\nExperience building scalable systems and test-driven CI/CD with a commitment to quality software development.\nExperience with SQL and NoSQL databases, such as PostgreSQL or MongoDB, have comprehensive understanding of the decision-making process between SQL and NoSQL databases\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms such as AWS\nDemonstrated experience in designing distributed systems with a holistic perspective.\nKeep up with the latest technological trends and continuously improve productivity\n\nNice To Have\n\nExperience with NextJS or other front end technologies\n\nWhat We Offer\n\nA mission-driven and value-based company dedicated to empower deskless workers and local businesses\nAn early employee opportunity at a Series B hyper-growth startup; work with the founding team and industry veterans to accelerate your career\nCompetitive salary and equity\nComprehensive health coverage: medical, dental, and vision.
