We look for people who like to move quickly, are ambitious yet humble and have a great sense of humor. **What we’re looking for in an ideal candidate:** - Ideally, you have experience working in an entrepreneurial environment where you feel comfortable being empowered to make decisions and are able and willing to take on all sorts of tasks and responsibilities. - You like taking initiative, achieving results and gaining energy by continually getting releases done. - Open to feedback and driven to continuously improve. - You want to be intellectually challenged and are continually looking for ways to do things better. **Responsibilities/typical day:** - Working with the team (mostly based in Toronto) on our core web app product doing full end-to-end features (ie: front-end and back-end) - Contributing ideas to the design as well as implementation of features - Helping to diagnose and solve customer issues from time-to-time - Helping with manual testing and writing automated tests - Writing HTML and VueJS code for the UI-end of a new feature - Adding API end-points if needed - Creating some new data model fields and writing schema in TypeORM - Tweaking the build and deployment to automated the deployment a new service - Suggesting new tooling that could help improve productivity **Must-Have Skills/Knowledge** - Minimum 5 years experience in the same or similar role - Excellent knowledge of Javascript (ie.
