strategic priorities.\n\nJob Responsibilities\nVideography and Production\n\nPlan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for campaigns, events, donor engagement, and digital platforms.\n\nProduce storytelling.\n\nManage all aspects of video production, including lighting, audio, composition, and post‑production editing.\n\nPhotography\n\nCapture professional photography for events, donor content produced.\n\nRequirements\n\nStrong videography and photography skills, including composition, lighting, and audio.\n\nProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop or similar tools).\n\nUnderstanding of visual storytelling and content strategy.\n\nStrong written communication skills with the ability to craft clear, compelling, and mission‑driven content.\n\nAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a collaborative environment.\n\nStrong attention to detail and creative problem‑solving skills.\n\nCommitment to the Catholic faith, values, and mission of the Foundation, including full communion with the Catholic Church.\n\nExperience and Education\n\nBachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional
