Primary duties generally include floor operations, and Brand Training programs. Generally responsible for providing strong, positive leadership to his/ her team to deliver great friendly guest experiences, operational excellence and for helping to build profitable top line sales of a single restaurant. They support the Restaurant Manager in the overall operation of the restaurant according to Dunkin’ standards, franchisee policies and procedures and in compliance with all applicable laws.\n\n Responsibilities Include:\n\nAble to perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members\nEnsure Brand standards, recipes and systems are executed\nCreate and maintain a guest focused culture in the restaurant\nCommunicates restaurant priorities, goals and results to restaurant team members\nExecute along with RM, new product rollouts including training, marketing and sampling where applicable\nMaintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment by following and enforcing safety, food safety, and sanitation requirements and complying with all applicable laws\nControl costs to help maximize profitability\nCompletion of inventory on a periodic basis as determined by Franchisee\nManages cash over/short in restaurant and ensures team members are following franchisee’s cash management policies\nEngages with Dunkin’ Brands Field Operations team as appropriate\n\n Management Responsibilities Include:\n\nOnboard and develop restaurant team members\nCoach restaurant team members to drive sales, improve profitability and guest satisfaction\n\n Education/Experience:\n\nBasic computer skills\nFluent in spoken and written English\nBasic math and financial management\nPrevious leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality\n\nKey Competencies\n\nGood analytical skills and business acumen\nWorks well with other in a fun fast paced team environment\nOn time, demonstrates honesty and positive attitude\nWillingness to learn and embrace change\nAbility to train and develop a team\nGuest focused\nTime Management\nProblem solving\nMotivating others\n\n Physical Demands/Working Conditions:\n\nStanding on feet\nRepetitive motion including bending, stooping and reaching\nLifting packages (if applicable)\nWearing a headset (if applicable)\nWorking in a small space\n\nMany Dunkin' restaurants are owned and operated by an independent franchisee.
