Responsibilities:\nCustomization and Development:\nDesign, develop, test, and deploy high-quality Salesforce solutions.\nCustomize Salesforce applications to meet business requirements using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other relevant technologies.\nIntegration:\nIntegrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs and third-party integration tools.\nDevelop and maintain data integrations between Salesforce and other applications.\nConfiguration and Administration:\nConfigure and administer Salesforce features, including profiles, roles, workflows, process builder, and approval processes.\nMaintain and enhance Salesforce data integrity.\nCollaboration:\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements.\nWork closely with system administrators and other developers to deliver comprehensive Salesforce solutions.\nTesting and Deployment:\nConduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.\nDeploy custom code and configurations using Salesforce change sets or other deployment tools.\nDocumentation:\nCreate and maintain documentation related to Salesforce development and configuration.\nKeep abreast of Salesforce best practices and new features.\nQualifications:\nEducation:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\nExperience:\nProven experience as a Salesforce developer with [X] years of experience.\nHands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning and Apex development.\nCertifications:\nSalesforce Platform Developer certification is required.\nAdditional certifications such as Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce App Builder are a plus.\nTechnical Skills:\nProficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs.\nExperience with Salesforce configuration, including workflows, process builder, and approval processes.\nKnowledge of Salesforce best practices for design and development.\nIntegration Skills:\nExperience with integrating Salesforce with third-party systems using RESTful APIs, SOAP, or other integration methods.\nFamiliarity with middleware tools for data synchronization.\nProblem-Solving Skills:\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to translate business requirements into technical solutions.\nCommunication Skills:\nExcellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical teams.\nAdditional Preferred Skills:\nExperience with Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and/or
