This role blends cloud infrastructure administration with AI agent development, driving the architectural design, deployment, and lifecycle management of intelligent solutions built on Microsoft technologies. The position will focus equally on developing AI-driven conversational agents & automation tools using a modern technology stack, managing and optimizing the development and deployment lifecycle and on managing, securing, and optimizing Azure cloud and mobility environments. This role collaborates closely with AI, Data Analytics, Security, Compliance, and Application Development teams to ensure solutions are reliable, scalable, secure, and aligned with company standards. Furthermore, this role acts as a bridge between technical departments (Data, Security, and Ops), ensuring that AI initiatives are functional and architecturally sound for enterprise requirements.\nWhat You Will Do – Primary Responsibilities\nAI Agent Development\nDesign and develop AI-driven conversational agents & automation tools using Microsoft technologies and modern programming frameworks/languages (Python, FastAPI, React, Bun, NodeJS etc.).\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement AI-enabled features and solutions.\nContinuously improve the performance, accuracy, and capabilities of AI agents & automation tools.\nTroubleshoot and resolve AI solution issues to ensure optimal user experience.\nOwn the development and maintenance of applications supporting AI-enabled business processes.\nDevelop AI agents & automation tools that integrate with traditional .Net applications, including C# and ASP.NET environments.\nStay current with advancements in state of the art AI technologies, methodologies and related Microsoft AI services.\nEngineer resilient AI workflows and establish monitoring frameworks for agent performance.\nCloud Administration / Development Operations\nManage and administer Azure cloud environments, including provisioning, monitoring, and troubleshooting.\nImplement and maintain Azure services such as Virtual Machines, App Services, Azure SQL Databases, Storage Accounts, Virtual Networks, and Load Balancers.\nConfigure and optimize Azure resources for performance, cost efficiency, and security.\nManage Microsoft Intune MDM and Azure SSO configurations.\nMonitor system performance and proactively resolve issues to ensure high availability and reliability.\nCreate and maintain application access using Service Principals and Key Vault resources.\nImplement and enforce security best practices, including identity management, network security, encryption, and access controls.\nCollaborate with Security and Compliance teams to maintain audit logging and regulatory controls.\nAdminister Azure Databricks clusters and support data platform reliability.\nMonitor Azure costs and usage, identifying and implementing cost optimization strategies.\nCollaborate with development teams to deploy and manage applications in Azure environments.\nImplement and manage Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.\nSupport Azure migrations and upgrades in coordination with other IT teams.\nWhat You’ll Need – Qualifications & Requirements\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.\n3+ years of experience administering Azure cloud and Microsoft enterprise environments or equivalent experience with another cloud provider.\n3+ years of experience working with Large Language Models, Traditional ML models and AI-enabled solutions.\nStrong experience with Azure services including Azure AD, Networking, Security Center, Monitor, and Resource Manager.\nFamiliarity with Copilot Studio, chatbot frameworks, and APIs.\nWorking knowledge of traditional .Net development environments (C#, ASP.NET).\nExperience with Intune MDM, Azure SSO, and identity management.\nScripting and automation experience using PowerShell, Bash, Azure CLI, or similar tools.\nExperience with GitHub & Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines and cost management practices.\nBasic knowledge of Azure Databricks and Azure Synapse Analytics.\nStrong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nExperience working in a corporate IT environment preferred.\nProven knowledge of implementing and maintaining DevOps best practices for modern software development lifecycles.\nExperience architecting and maintaining cloud infrastructure through Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tooling.\nLeading small, agile software development teams for quick iteration and feature improvement.\nAbility to regularly interface with and interpret requirements from both internal and external stakeholders.\nPhysical Demands:\n\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
