(5001)\nDiscover your exciting role\n\nThe EHS Manager works with and advises project leadership and field personnel ensuring\nimplementation of the company’s Incident Free Workplace Culture.\n\nExplore your tasks and responsibilities\nCompiles and maintains Health, Environmental, and Safety (EHS) policies and procedures, and ensures compliance with legislative and Company requirements\nManages Company safety related employees and personnel\nIdentifies safety related training requirements for all designated Regional employees\nAssists in implementing Company Global Best Practice / Best Known Methods\nProvides advice to Company management regarding EHS issues\nAssists Management with new work pursuits, including preparing safety prequalification and client presentations\nAssists Management with new project start up\nAssists in design and implementation of safety programs to prevent or correct unsafe working conditions, utilizing knowledge of engineering technology, industrial processes, mechanics, chemistry, psychology, industrial health and safety regulations, standards, and best practices\nSupports and advises project management in the effective implementation of EHS policies and procedures\nFacilitate training as necessary\nFacilitates the Company objective of maintaining an “Incident Free Workplace”, promoting safety awareness and ownership in the designated Region\nMaintains contact and coordinates with client safety organizations\nDevelops project safety plans and specifications\nEnsures project management risk assessments and activity related hazards are completed\nUndertakes formal auditing of Company workplaces to gauge compliance with Company EHS policies and procedures.
