As a key member of the student services team, your expertise will help shape positive outcomes and foster inclusive learning environments.Qualifications & Desired ExperienceCurrent School Psychologist certification and state licensure (required)Experience working across elementary, middle, and high school settings strongly preferredSkilled in psychological assessment, individual and group counseling, and behavioral interventionProficient in Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), Response to Intervention (RTI), and educational best practicesExcellent communication skills for effective collaboration with educators, administrators, families, and studentsKey ResponsibilitiesConduct assessments to identify students’ needs, strengths, and areas for growthDevelop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and behavior management plansProvide individual and group counseling to support student mental health and well-beingConsult with teachers, staff, and families to develop effective intervention strategiesParticipate in multidisciplinary and eligibility meetings to ensure comprehensive student supportMaintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with education laws and district proceduresThis contract position offers the chance to make a lasting impact on a welcoming school community, with comprehensive support from experienced professionals.
