HR Coordinator (Employee Experience & Recruiting)Location: Lenexa, KSType: Full-Time, Onsite | Non-ExemptSchedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PMReports to: HR DirectorAbout the RoleWe're looking for an HR Coordinator who is energized by working with people and wants to grow their career in Human Resources. This role is a key part of our HR team, supporting recruiting, onboarding, and day-to-day employee experience.You'll serve as a visible and approachable HR presence across the facility-helping employees feel supported, informed, and connected in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.What You'll DoEmployee & Front Desk SupportServe as the primary front desk contact for employees, visitors, and vendorsManage visitor check-in, badges, and general front office operationsAct as a first point of contact for employee questions and direct inquiries as neededMaintain a professional and organized reception areaEmployee Experience & EngagementBuild relationships with employees across the facilitySupport onboarding follow-ups and new hire check-insGather employee feedback and share insights with HR leadershipAssist with engagement initiatives and internal communicationsHR Support & SystemsAssist employees with HRIS questions (timekeeping, benefits, logins)Support attendance and timekeeping inquiriesAnswer basic policy and benefits questions, escalating when neededPartner with payroll and benefits vendors as neededRecruiting & OnboardingPost jobs and support applicant trackingCoordinate interviews and candidate communicationHelp deliver a positive candidate experienceAssist with onboarding and new hire paperworkAdministrative SupportMaintain employee records and HR documentationSupport reporting, audits, and compliance activitiesAssist with scheduling and general administrative tasksWhat We're Looking For1+ year of administrative or customer-facing experienceStrong interest in building a career in Human ResourcesOrganized, detail-oriented, and strong communicatorAbility to handle confidential information with discretionComfortable in a fast-paced, team environmentBilingual (English/Spanish) a plusEducationHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredWhat You'll GetWeekly payPaid holidays + 80 hours of PTO in your first yearMedical, dental, vision, and life insurance401(k) with 3% Safe Harbor company contribution$100/month food credit (on-site kitchen)Employee discountsBenefits are subject to change at the company's discretion.Additional InformationEmployment is contingent upon a successful background checkAeromotive is an Equal Opportunity Employer and participates in E-VerifyJob duties may be modified, expanded, or reassigned based on business needs
