These constraints may include time, money, people and materials. Projects must be completed to a high level of quality.\nWhat You'll Do as a Project Engineer\nLead the initiation, planning, implementation, and closure of multiple projects, varying in size and scope and recommend revisions in project work plans as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.\nFacilitate the definition of projects’ scope, goals and deliverables.\nLead Operations Steering Committee (OSC) projects of varying complexity with average supervision/guidance/coaching.\nManage day-to-day operational aspects of projects and scopes.\nEnsure adherence to the OSC project management process and accurate/effective updates to the OSC.\nEnsure project documents are generated on time and accurately.\nUtilize the project dashboard to identify and communicate risks, issues, mitigation, and change management per the approved project charter.\nIdentify critical issues and contingency plans on projects.\nSuggest areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions.\nPrepare and present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions for superior and upper management, as needed.\nImplement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.\nConsistently monitor and report on progress of multiple projects to appropriate stakeholders.\nUnderstand ROI cost savings and make decisions and recommendations accordingly.\nThoroughly understand and execute projects within the OSC project management process/Phase gate approval process.\nChallenge CFT and CCT members while serving as a role model and mentor.
