Print Machine Operator

Flowly Solutions is hiring an experienced print machine operator for our production team. For this position you will need prior experience in a production environment as a machine operator. We are open to training the right candidate on our specific products. The majority of the position will be spent programming and running a variety of printing machines. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, no weekend work or overtime is offered. The schedule is from 8:00am - 5:00pm. We are flexible on the exact schedule you will be working based on your availability. We are a relocation business specializing in moving, assembling and repair. We offer a variety of other services as well. Responsibilities: Learning to operate our specific production machinery effectively and safely Loading and unloading raw materials into the machine Following customer orders and specifications for each project Quality checking the final product to ensure there are no defects in production Working directly with your manager to consistently grow in the position Packaging and processing orders for shipment Learning how to program the machine for each specific print run Using our software to process orders and log progress Receiving incoming orders and performing quality checks on the raw materials Qualifications: Prior experience in machine operation is required A basic understanding of programming and computer use The willingness to grow in the position and learn new skills The ability to lift 50 pounds Reliable transportation to work No formal education is required Benefits: Competitive pay and bonuses are offered for high performing employees Pay range from $21.00 - $26.00 per hour depending on experience Competitive medical and dental insurance plans 401k retirement plans Holiday Pay Flowly Solutions is an EEO - equal opportunity employer
