Sales & Customer Experience Specialist

Love helping people? HorseSaddleShop.com is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated, friendly Sales & Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. We sell quality horse saddles and tack to customers across the world, and this role is all about guiding customers to the right product, delivering top-notch service, and helping drive sales.
If you’re someone with strong communication skills, ability to multitask, and stay organized, you’ll fit right in! You’ll be working with customers (phone, chat, emails), following up on leads, and assist with purchasing and order processing of some of our largest accounts.
Horse knowledge is a plus, though not required, as we’ll train the right person. Bring a positive attitude and willingness to learn! We move as a team so helping in many aspects is a way of work-life for us. Check us out!
Schedule and Pay
40 hrs/week – (9am – 6pm with one later evening/week, occasionally a few hours on the weekend)
Approx. $20.00/hr plus potential for sales bonus (depending on experience)
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
