Participate in and lead the work of subordinates.\r\nJOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\r\n\r\n\r\nUtilize staffing models and monitor daily inventory in order to effectively manage the team. Reallocate resources as necessary in order to meet/exceed production, quality and cycle time goals for these areas.\r\n\r\n\r\nOversee and become the subject matter expert for all areas of Support services. Understand the details of the machinery, how to troubleshoot and triage issues as well as ensure optimum performance.\r\n\r\n\r\nCreate and correct processes which will support operations.\r\n\r\n\r\nManage all inventory and meet current goals as a team and within each function. Proactively evaluate and assess current goals and performance. Develop and produce daily, weekly, and monthly team productivity statistics to measure compliance and effectiveness of team operations; provide weekly feedback to department management on results, trends, corrective action, and/or opportunities for improvement.\r\n\r\n\r\nDevelop and implement department policies and procedures. Monitor for compliance as necessary.\r\n\r\n\r\nDevelop and maintain collaborative relationships with other departments to research and resolve issues.\r\n\r\n\r\nManage projects from initiation to completion, as needed, to develop process improvement or data integrity initiatives at the department and organizational level.\r\n\r\n\r\nManage employee performance, including but not limited to, hiring, training, performance evaluations, and career development.\r\n\r\n\r\nSchedule and/or perform USPS mail delivery service as needed.\r\n\r\n\r\nSelect, develop, and evaluate staff to ensure the efficient operation of department.\r\n\r\n\r\nCollaborate, coordinate, and communicate across disciplines and departments.\r\n\r\n\r\nEnsure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements.\r\n\r\n\r\nPlease note due to the exposure of PHI sensitive data -- this role is considered to be a High Risk Role.\r\n\r\n\r\nDemonstrate commitment to the Company's core values.\r\n\r\n\r\nThe position responsibilities outlined above are in no way to be construed as all encompassing.
