The Client Experience Representative role is an entry-level, in-person opportunity where you’ll work directly with business customers, introduce AT&T connectivity solutions, answer questions, and help businesses find services that fit their communication and connectivity needs.\n\nAs a Client Experience Representative, you’ll focus on building strong business relationships while supporting the enrollment process from start to finish. You’ll educate business customers on available AT&T services, explain plans and promotions, assist with account setup, and create a positive experience throughout each interaction.\n\n*Client Experience Representative Responsibilities*\n\n* Meet directly with business customers to introduce AT&T products, services, and connectivity solutions\n* Explain available plans, sales pricing, promotions, speeds, and service features in a clear and approachable way\n* Learn about each business’s needs and help identify solutions that support their communication and connectivity goals\n* Assist with new customer enrollments, account setup, activations, upgrades, and account updates\n* Answer customer questions and provide professional support throughout the enrollment process\n* Build strong business relationships through communication, follow-up, and excellent service\n* Maintain accurate customer records, account information, and daily activity\n* Work closely with teammates and leadership to support customer acquisition and team goals\n\n*Client Experience Representative Qualifications*\n\n* Strong communication and interpersonal skills\n* Enjoys working directly with business customers and building professional relationships\n* Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow\n* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment\n* Interest in customer service, sales, account management, telecommunications, client relations, or business development\n* Organized, dependable, motivated, and goal-oriented\n* Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, sales, or another customer-facing role is helpful but not required\n\nThis is a hands-on Client Experience Representative position where you’ll spend your day interacting with business customers, presenting AT&T services, answering questions, assisting with enrollments, and helping businesses find connectivity solutions that fit their needs.
