We are scaling operations to support broader commercial launch and production excellence.\n\nAs a Manufacturing Engineer, you will support the development, validation, and scale‑up of manufacturing processes for our innovative surgical device – directly contributing to product quality, efficiency, and patient outcomes.\n\nWhat will you be doing?\n\nLead the development and optimization of manufacturing processes for advanced soft tissue repair device systems\n\nPartner with Research and Development and Quality teams to support design for manufacturability and ensure robust production processes\n\nDevelop, validate, and implement equipment, fixtures, and tooling for assembly and inspection\n\nSupport the transfer of processes from development into high volume manufacturing\n\nExecute root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address production challenges\n\nSupport process validation, change control activities, and documentation in compliance with regulated medical device standards\n\nWhat will you need to be successful?\nEducation:\n\nBachelor's degree in Engineering such as Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial or a related field\n\nExperience:\n\nEntry level to two years of experience in manufacturing engineering or process development\n\nExperience with CAD tools such as SolidWorks is preferred\n\nCompetences:\n\nFamiliarity with regulated environments such as medical devices is preferred\n\nStrong problem‑solving skills and experience with continuous improvement tools such as Lean or DMAIC\n\nAbility to support process development and validation activities with guidance\n\nYou.
