This role is crucial in maintaining the integrity and reputation of our products and requires a high level of precision and commitment to quality.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Mechanical Inspection:\nConduct detailed inspections of electrical and mechanical components and assemblies using various measuring tools and equipment (e.g., calipers, microscopes, micrometers, gauges).\nInterpret engineering drawings, specifications, and other technical documents to determine inspection criteria.\nIdentify and document non-conformances, and work with the engineering and\nproduction teams to resolve issues.\n2. Receiving Inspection:\nInspect incoming raw materials, components, and products to ensure they meet specified quality standards and purchase order requirements.\nVerify supplier documentation, such as certificates of compliance and material test reports.\nMaintain accurate records of inspections and create detailed reports on the quality of received goods.\n3. In-Process Inspection:\nPerform in-process inspections on production lines to ensure products meet quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.\nMonitor production processes for compliance with established procedures and quality standards.\nCollaborate with production personnel to identify and address quality issues promptly.\n4. Documentation and Reporting:\nAccurately document inspection results and maintain inspection records.\nPrepare and present quality reports to management, highlighting any areas of concern and suggesting improvements.\nAssist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and standards.\n5. Continuous Improvement:\nParticipate in quality improvement initiatives and provide feedback for process\nenhancements.\nStay updated on industry standards and best practices in quality inspection.\n6.
