This job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties, knowledge, or abilities associated with this classification but is intended to accurately reflect the principle job elements.Reports to: Director of Expanded LearningRESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIESAdvertisement and Enrollment of all site-based ELOP programs.Management and data-entry of all site-based ELOP attendance recordsEnsuring the safety of scholars and partners by implementing and enforcing ISANA safety protocols and procedures.Open communication with parents, vendors, school site teams, and the ICO EXL team.Developing and implementing daily physical enrichment activities that are engaging and age appropriateAssemble students and enter attendanceReport vendor concerns to ICO EXL teamOversee and monitor student behavior during club activities to ensure a safe and positive learning environment,Distribute and record snacks to ELOP participantsProvide front office support at the conclusion of daily ELOP Clubs.Exercises independent judgmentPerforms other duties as assignedMINIMUM REQUIRED SKILLS, EDUCATION/TRAINING & EXPERIENCEAt Least 48 College Credit or ability to pass the ISANA Academies Paraprofessional Proficiency ExamAbility to speak, read, and write EnglishPrior Experience working with school aged children preferredMust clear TB and BackgroundAbility to maintain accurate and clear recordsPHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL ELEMENTS:This position may include long periods of sitting or standing in an environment with moderate noise levels, and no direct exposure to hazardous physical substances.
