Program Director

Job Description Description:Oversee daily operations of two or more sites, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality, person-centered servicesEnsure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including licensing requirementsLead and manage site supervisors and direct support staff; ensure adequate staffing levels and oversee recruitment and retention effortsConduct regular supervision, coaching, and performance reviews of direct reportsMaintain regular bi-weekly on-site presence across all assigned sites; establish a consistent routine of walk-throughs, audits, and check-insManage program budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure efficient use of resources in alignment with financial targetsSupport and monitor the development and implementation of individual service plansFoster positive relationships with guardians, case managers, and external stakeholdersEnsure timely documentation, incident reporting, medication administration, and follow-up actionsCollaborate with the Regional Executive Director on strategic and operational planning, program expansion, and talent developmentSupport a culture of data-driven decision-making and staff accountability using KPI's Respond promptly to emergencies, staffing issues, or concerns from individuals or familiesRequirements:Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Human Services, Social Work, or related field required(Master's preferred for multi-site oversight)Minimum 3–5 years of leadership experience in residential services, assisted living, or IDD programs Demonstrated experience overseeing multi-site operations strongly preferred Prior experience in Wisconsin regulated settings required: Wisconsin DHS 83 (CBRF) Wisconsin DHS 88 (AFH)Benefits:At Doma, we value our employees and offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and financial security.All Employees Receive:Paid Time Off (PTO) Referral Bonus Program401(k) Retirement PlanOn-Demand Pay (access up to 90% of earned wages before payday)Full-Time Employees Also Enjoy:Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Profit SharingHPDOMA
