This person will contribute to tracking technical progress, analyzing cost and performance data, and ensuring program deliverables and reporting requirements are met.\n\nResponsibilities:\nProvide program analysis and operational support for UxS projects, including scheduling, cost tracking, resource planning, and risk management activities.\nCollect, consolidate, and analyze programmatic and technical data to support progress reporting and decision-making by technical and program leadership.\nPrepare and maintain program documentation, including status reports, briefing materials, meeting minutes, and deliverables lists.\nSupport the development and coordination of Technical Instructions (TIs), configuration management processes, and integrated master schedules.\nAssist with the development of financial and cost analyses including budget tracking, expenditure forecasting, and labor hour utilization reporting.\nParticipate in planning meetings, technical reviews, and Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), providing administrative and analytical support.\nCollaborate with engineering and technical teams to ensure programmatic alignment with project scope, schedule, and budget.\n\nRequirements:\nMust be a US citizen.\nMust have an active SECRET clearance.\nBA, business, or technical field.\nAt least 3 years of professional experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis, or financial/cost analysis.\nStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nClear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.\nSuccessful background and drug screening check.\n\nPreferred Requirements:\nN/A\nPhysical Demands or Work Environment:\nThe work environment characteristics and physical demands described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
