This role ensures all services are delivered without disruption to laboratory, warehouse, and operational environments through effective coordination and execution.7-10 years of facilities management or operations leadership experienceStrong experience managing integrated service delivery across multiple service linesProven vendor management and performance oversight experienceExperience in life sciences, healthcare, or complex operational environments preferredWorking knowledge of CMMS systems (Corrigo preferred)Strong understanding of operational risk, compliance, and service delivery modelsStrong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skillsOwns delivery and performance of workplace and subcontracted services, including plant care, parking, mailroom, and warehouse supportEnsures all services are executed without disruption to research, warehouse, and aviation operationsManages vendor performance, ensuring compliance with SLA, QHSE, and contractual standardsActs as the primary site-level integrator between engineering, workplace, and subcontracted servicesLeads site governance, including operational reviews, reporting, and issue resolutionDrives service quality, consistency, and continuous improvement across all site servicesSupports financial performance through operational cost control and coordination with FinanceIdentifies operational risks and ensures timely escalation and mitigation
