We are looking for someone who brings patience, curiosity, and clear communication.\nWhat You'll Do:\nHelp keep project documents organized and accurate from pre construction through closeout\nWork with the Project Manager to track RFIs, submittals, logs, schedules, and daily needs\nCommunicate with vendors, suppliers, and trade partners including those who speak Mandarin\nAssist with takeoffs, quantities, drawing reviews, and updates\nSupport field teams by gathering information, solving issues, and following up on tasks\nHelp prepare meeting notes, reports, and weekly updates\nKeep project files, digital folders, and correspondence clean and consistent\nBuild relationships based on respect, honesty, and reliable follow through\nWhat You'll Bring:\n\nAbility to speak and read Mandarin at a professional level\nExperience in construction, engineering, or a related field\nStrong organizational habits and attention to detail\nComfortable learning project software and digital tools\nClear communication with both office and field teams\nA calm and steady attitude when plans change or issues arise\nCuriosity to learn how the entire project comes together\nAbout Us\nUprite Construction was established in 1991 as a multi-service construction company specializing in project site development, ground-up, new construction, renovations, and tenant improvements for the commercial and industrial sectors.
