With a strong focus on speed, sustainability, and product excellence, they are now seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to support and uphold their operational standards.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working on the production floor, thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and takes pride in ensuring consistent product quality and compliance across all stages of production.What’s in it for you?$50k - $65k base salaryOpportunity to grow within a high-growth U.S. operationHands-on role with real impact on product quality and customer satisfactionFast-paced, entrepreneurial culture with global backingExposure to international manufacturing standards and best practicesWhat do you do?Perform quality inspections on raw materials, in-process production, and finished goodsMonitor product quality to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirementsDocument inspection results and maintain accurate quality records and reportsIdentify defects, deviations, and non-conformances during productionSupport root cause analysis and assist with corrective and preventative actions (CAPA)Follow established SOPs, inspection protocols, and testing proceduresPartner closely with production and operations teams to address quality issues in real timeAssist in internal audits and support external audit preparationEnsure adherence to food-grade packaging regulations and safety standardsContribute to continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing processesWhat do you need?Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or related field (preferred)1–3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control within manufacturingExperience in packaging or food-grade environments is a plusFamiliarity with QA systems, inspection processes, and documentation practicesExposure to regulatory standards (FDA, ISO, etc.) is advantageousStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to work cross-functionally in a production environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)Hands-on, reliable, and comfortable working on the production floorWhy this role?This is a unique opportunity to join a high-growth manufacturing business where quality is central to its brand and customer promise.
