Survey CAD Technician

Location: Las Vegas, NVSchedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMPay: Commensurate with experienceAeroTech Mapping is seeking a skilled Survey CAD Technician to join our team in Las Vegas, NV. In this role, you will utilize AutoCAD Civil3D to develop and edit topographical maps for our diverse portfolio of projects. You will work collaboratively with team members to generate and clean contour information, edit and label 3D polylines, and incorporate detailed map elements such as blocks, text, and legends to produce accurate and presentable maps for client use.Minimum QualificationsCompletion of a CAD Tech school program or equivalentMinimum 2 years of relevant work experienceMust pass internal AutoCAD technical testStrong multitasking skills and ability to work collaboratively in a teamProficiency in AutoCAD; experience with Civil 3D preferredResponsibilitiesCreate and edit 3D polylines and surface data for topographical mappingGenerate and label contour lines and elevation data in AutoCAD Civil 3DClean and organize contour data for clarity and presentationAdd and edit map features such as buildings, curbs, sidewalks, and vegetationUtilize AutoCAD blocks to denote topographic items (valves, manholes, lights, etc.)Add legends and project-specific details to map layoutsBenefitsCompetitive compensation100% paid health insuranceVacation, holiday pay, and sick time401(k) retirement planGrowth opportunities – we promote from within!Join a team where precision, teamwork, and career growth are valued.
