Since launching in 2019, the company has become a trusted co-packing partner for a wide variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, ready-to-drink cocktails, and functional beverages. As production continues to grow, they're looking for a leader who can build upon a strong maintenance culture and drive equipment reliability.\r\nThis is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where your ideas and leadership will make a visible impact.\r\nWhat You'll Do\r\nLead all preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.\r\nEnsure maximum equipment uptime and production efficiency.\r\nTroubleshoot and repair processing and packaging equipment.\r\nDevelop and improve preventative maintenance programs.\r\nManage maintenance planning, scheduling, and spare parts inventory.\r\nLead and mentor maintenance technicians while promoting a strong safety culture.\r\nPartner with Production, Quality, and Operations to minimize downtime and improve overall plant performance.\r\nIdentify opportunities for continuous improvement and increased equipment reliability.\r\nWhat We're Looking For Previous Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Supervisor, or Maintenance Lead experience in a food or beverage manufacturing environment.\r\nStrong mechanical troubleshooting skills.\r\nExperience working with\r\nConveyors\r\nFillers\r\nPackaging equipment\r\nHydraulics\r\nPneumatic systems\r\nKnowledge of PLC troubleshooting preferred (programming experience is a plus but not required).\r\nExperience with preventative maintenance programs and CMMS systems is preferred.\r\nStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.\r\nCommitment to food safety, quality, and employee safety.\r\nWhy This Opportunity?
