This position requires developing and driving adoption of solutions that support global Sales systems and business processes. Requires working with cross functional teams on a global scale.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Drive adoption of standards and help to facilitate the handling of CAPS, TOPS, RebatesSupport the new customer set up process and ensure compliancePrepare and support the creation of training material and facilitated training of the Salesforce applicationDevelop an in-depth understanding of Sales applications used, Salesforce, Agile and SAP for issue resolutionCoordinate across multiple organizations to align and drive initiatives forwardResponsible for managing programs and driving towards a successful outcomeEstablish close relationships with key decision makers at various levels and groups within AmkorFlexibility to travel as neededWhile this position is an individual contributor role, the ideal candidate will collaborate with cross functional teamsRequired Qualifications:This position requires a bachelor's degree with a minimum of 1+ years of sales operations and/or relevant semiconductor industry experienceExperience developing sales processes and metrics for successExcellent written and verbal communications skillsProficiency with MS OfficeHighly developed interpersonal skills with the demonstrated ability to interact across all levels of the organizationThis is a career-oriented position that requires flexibility with hours to support the business needs; ability to travelPreferred Qualifications:Experience with Salesforce or other CRM application is preferredExperience with SAP is a plusExperience with Teams, Webex or other types of remote meeting toolsExperience delivering training and presentations to global teams is preferredLocation: Tempe, AZ.
