The Intern Project - Spring Mock Interviews : 2026

We are seeking volunteers to assist with conducting mock interviews to give students practice for future career & college interviews. Training, rubric, & interview questions will be provided to volunteers.The Intern Project (TIP) places high school students from across LA County in paid internships with dynamic employers, giving students an opportunity to grow and build connections, and businesses the ability to build and invest in a pipeline of future talent that can generate social impact.Research shows that 95% of students who engage in work-based learning go on to attend college and earn a degree.
