This position will also be responsible for maintaining and organizing relevant equipment storage.\n\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other functions may be assigned.\nEnsure timely delivery of parts and materials to Service Technicians in the field as job site requires.\nLoad and unload parts and materials.\nFollow Up with Service Coordinators and Area Service Managers to schedule and coordinate parts and materials deliveries and deliver with maximum efficiency and productivity.\nEnsure timely delivery of materials to Subcontractors.\nMaintain, clean and organize Service and Solutions warehouse cage and storage areas.\nCheck-in material deliveries for Havtech Solutions Department.\nRepair, or coordinate the repair of, Havtech tools, equipment and materials.\nMaintain accurate inventory tracking of Havtech Service equipment and parts.\nMaintain rigging equipment.\nAssist in Fleet Management coordination.\nOperation of company vehicles in a safe and responsible manner.\nAssist Service Technicians within capability as appropriate.\nProactively assist in other projects and responsibilities as need arises.\nFlexibility to work outside normal work hours, as required.\nSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES\nThis position has no supervisory responsibilities.\nQUALIFICATIONS include the following:\nMust possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Must be able to maintain a clean driving record.\nMust be punctual, reliable and able to function and work in a team environment.\nSelf-motivated attitude, with strong work ethic. Proactive in seeking additional work as appropriate.\nAbility to succeed in a fast paced environment and deliver exceptional customer service.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills required.\nAbility to think independently and exercise good judgement when making decisions.\nAbility to travel independently.\nMust be able to lift 75 lbs.\nInterest in HVAC and the long term possibility of transitioning to a Havtech Service related career track (Ex. Apprentice, Service Technician) strongly preferred.\nHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.\n\nPHYSICAL DEMANDS\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
