This is a junior role with real responsibility: the data you manage directly supports settlement outcomes for real clients, so accuracy matters here more than almost anywhere. You don't need 10 years of admin experience — if you know your way around a CRM, are genuinely strong in Excel, and are eager to grow into systems administration, we'll teach you the rest.What You'll DoSupport day-to-day CRM administration: user accounts, permissions, and settings and page buildingKeep our data clean and trustworthy through imports, exports, deduplication, and regular auditsBuild and update reports and dashboards so the team can see what's happening at a glanceServe as first-line support for CRM users — updating custom pages, handling trouble tickets, troubleshooting basic issues, and escalating when neededUse Excel (pivot tables, XLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH) to clean, reconcile, and analyze dataHelp maintaining, building and updating custom pages with a page builderDocument processes and help train colleagues on CRM best practicesManage multiple requests and prioritize in a deadline-driven legal environmentWhat We're Looking ForExperience as an admin or power user of a CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Litify, Filevine, or similar) — you know how records, fields, and reports workAdvanced Excel skills: pivot tables, XLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, data cleaning, large datasets (this is non-negotiable)Familiarity with WordPress and page builders (Elementor, Divi, or similar)Strong attention to detail — our data drives real settlement outcomes for real clientsClear, professional communication with non-technical colleaguesEagerness to learn — we'll invest in your growth toward a full systems administrator roleNice to haveExperience working with Legal CRMs such as Filevine, SmartAdvocate, Litify, or SalesforceFoundational SQL knowledge or demonstrated ability to use AI tools to write and validate queriesFoundational Python knowledge (files, CSVs, basic scripting) or demonstrated ability to accomplish EXPECTED PAY RANGE:Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $25-$33 houlry. Pay within this range varies by work location and will also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
