Progress starts with you.\n\nJob Description\nThe Sr. Operations Analyst - Value-in-Kind program is an operational role responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant execution of ValueinKind (VIK) drawdowns across the NA region. The role will primarily provide AE support for VIK workflow, with a strong focus on data accuracy, validation discipline, and rework reduction.\n\nThe role acts as a regional qualitycontrol layer between Sales and Finance, supporting cleaner submissions and faster execution through strong firsttime quality and operational hygiene.\n\nThis is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.\n\nQualifications\nPlease Note - We are unable to provide sponsorship for this role.\n\nBasic Qualifications:\n\n5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\n6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA,JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD\n\nStrong attention to detail and ability to manage highvolume transactional work accurately.\n\nUnderstanding of sales operations, deal execution, and financial controls.\n\nAbility to identify data issues and root causes of rework or amendments.\n\nExperience working with dashboards, trackers, or operational reports.\n\nAdvanced level of excel and data analysis skills.\n\nEffective communication skills and ability to work crossfunctionally.\n\nU.S. Applicants Only\nThe estimated salary range for this positionis $129,200 to $206,700 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
