Dedicate up to 25% of time engaging with customers\nManage supply and demand of your team. Responsible for staffing the right people on the right projects and providing oversight to ensure delivery success\nSupport and coach your team. Find and create billable work to drive productivity and hold your team accountable\nManage escalations and support sales and other teams in the pre-sales process\nCultivate trusted relationships with customers\nCoordinate across projects and other Veeva functions to ensure lessons learned and best practices are shared to improve service delivery\nProvide executive oversight of internal initiatives and project sponsorship\nBuild an internal network across Veeva - Sales, Strategy, Product, and Services - to champion customer and employee success\nRequirements 5+ years of software implementation experience at a software vendor or consulting firm\n3+ years in people management\nHas grown and led a professional services team\nOperational excellence in leading Services including utilization and resource management\nAbility to travel up to 25% of the time\nNice to Have Experience implementing RIM Systems for Life Sciences or regulated industries\nInterviewing with Veeva We value your time and believe in a transparent hiring process.
