This leadership position is responsible for managing daily operations, strengthening client partnerships, supporting business growth, and ensuring each assigned account consistently meets company and client expectations.\r\nThe District Manager provides leadership to supervisors and security personnel while maintaining accountability for operational performance, employee development, financial results, compliance standards, and customer satisfaction. Relationship Management\r\nServe as the primary operational contact for assigned clients throughout the district\r\nBuild and maintain strong professional relationships with client implement solutions that improve efficiency\r\nAuthorize purchases and operational expenditures within company guidelines\r\nMaintain district vehicles, uniforms, and operational equipment to support business needs\r\nCompliance & Quality Assurance\r\nConduct site inspections, operational audits, and quality assurance reviews\r\nEnsure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and applicable laws\r\nMonitor licensing, certifications, and employee qualification requirements\r\nPromote workplace safety and enforce established reporting procedures\r\nImplement corrective action required\r\nAssist with business development opportunities and client retention initiatives\r\nUtilize scheduling, reporting, and workforce management software to improve operational efficiency\r\nCollaborate with executive leadership on strategic operational initiatives\r\nPerform additional management responsibilities as assigned\r\nMinimum Qualifications\r\nHigh school diploma or GED required\r\nAssociate degree or degree in Business, Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field preferred\r\nMinimum of three (3) years of progressive leadership experience in security operations, business management, or operations management\r\nExperience managing multi-site operations or contract-based services preferred\r\nPrior responsibility for budgets, workforce scheduling, and operational performance preferred\r\nValid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle required\r\nMust be at least 21 years of age\r\nPreferred Skills & Experience\r\nStrong leadership, coaching, and employee development abilities\r\nExperience managing district-level operations with accountability for service quality and financial performance\r\nWorking knowledge of security operations, contract administration, post orders, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)\r\nExperience managing labor costs, overtime, payroll processes, and district budgets\r\nAbility to analyze
