This role involves performing electro-mechanical production subassembly and assembly operations of a repetitive nature, supporting a company known for its innovative manufacturing solutions in the medical device industry.\nIn this position, you will be responsible for assembling and installing electrical and mechanical components, following established documentation and procedures. You may also perform routine tasks such as wire cutting, stripping, tinning, and bending, along with operating automatic and semi-automatic assembly equipment to ensure efficient production.\nKey Responsibilities\nAssemble medical devices and sub-assemblies using written work instructions, drawings, and/or schematics\nPerform hand and small-tool assembly (e.g., torque drivers, hand tools, fixtures, crimpers as applicable)\nComplete in-process checks and basic inspections to verify quality and workmanship\nAccurately complete required documentation (routers, travelers, checklists, electronic entries, etc.)\nIdentify and report defects, nonconforming material, and process issues to leads/supervisors/quality\nMaintain a clean and organized work area; follow safety, ESD, and GMP/quality requirements\nSupport line activities such as kitting/material prep, labeling/packaging, and light testing as needed\nParticipate in continuous improvement efforts (5S, Lean, suggestions, etc.)\n\nWork Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM\n\nRequired Skills, Education, and Experience:\n\nHigh school diploma or GED\n1+ year experience in assembly/manufacturing (medical device experience a plus)\nAbility to follow detailed instructions and perform repetitive tasks with strong attention to detail\nComfortable standing/sitting for extended periods and lifting up to [25–40] lbs (as applicable)\nBasic computer skills for data entry/documentation\n\nThink you know someone who'd be perfect for this role?
