Our dedicated, experienced, and talented employees work closely with our clients to ensure the delivery of exceptional services and products.\nPOSITION OVERVIEW\nDEFTEC Corporation is seeking a Program Manager who shall provide Management and Oversight of Administrative Support, Executive Correspondence Analysis Support, and Paralegal Support requirements including staffing and personnel supervision.\nJOB RESPONSIBILITIES:\nEnsure that deliverables are submitted accurately and timely.\nshall provide administrative support to CISA Offices and Division executives.\nshall assist with managing executive correspondence processes and editing, formatting, and coordinating content for written materials for CISA program offices and senior leaders in compliance with DHS and CISA policies and procedural requirements.\nShall work closely with and communicate routinely with executive secretariat team members, subject matter experts, and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing, to ensure internal and external executive correspondence documents are developed and managed in a timely, accurate, and appropriate manner.\nShall provide paralegal support services to CISA OCC attorneys and legal support staff with duties that include managing cases, litigation, legal correspondence and review, record keeping, law library management, and legal administrative support.\nShall use discretion and professional judgment to refer matters or questions requiring actions to the appropriate office or government employee\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nRequired Qualifications:\nAn active PMI Project Management Professional (PMP®) or PMI Program Management Professional (PMP®) Certification at the time of proposal submission.\nDemonstrated experience with the management, manpower utilization, and supervision of employees (including subcontractors) of various labor categories and skills in projects similar to the requirements of the statement of work.\nDemonstrated experience in a quality assurance environment for requirements like those in this statement of work.\nDemonstrated experience in government acquisitions and contracts.\nDemonstrated experience in SharePoint.\nDemonstrated experience in development of training techniques.\nDemonstrated written and verbal communication skills, including experience in presenting material to senior Government official.\nMinimum 7 years' experience. Minimum of 3 years' demonstrated experience:\nDeveloping schedules and formulating work plans;\nCreating long and short-term plans and milestones;\nPerforming project quality control; o Managing teams of 20+ personnel; and\nSupporting CISA and knowledge of various mission areas of CISA Divisions and Mission Enabling Offices (MEO)\nDEFTEC offers a comprehensive whole life benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, holiday, paid time off, life insurance, short/long term disability, and educational reimbursement.
