Hi, Everyone******W2 CONTRACT ONLY***W2 CONTRACT ONLY***W2 CONTRACT ONLY******100% Closure & Long-term project, Immediate Interview SurelyJob Title: ServiceNow ArchitectLocation: Santa Clara CA (** LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY** )Contract : w2 Contract /c2c ContractJD:ServiceNow ArchitectRole OverviewExperience: 12+ years in IT with 6+ years specifically focused on ServiceNow architecture, solution design, and implementation.Core Function: Lead end-to-end architecture, pre-sales solutioning, platform governance, and digital transformation initiatives.Work Models: Onsite, hybrid, or remote capabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesPlatform Strategy & Governance: Define platform roadmaps, establish architectural standards, and enforce governance frameworks to reduce technical debt and ensure long-term scalability.Solution Architecture & Design: Design complex, multi-workflow solutions across various modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and App Engine).Integration & AI Leadership: Design robust integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and leverage ServiceNow AI features for process automation and decision-making.Stakeholder Management: Engage with C-suite executives and business leaders to align technology solutions with overarching business objectives.Team Mentorship: Act as the highest escalation point for complex technical issues; mentor, coach, and conduct technical reviews for development teams.Required Qualifications & SkillsTechnical Expertise: Deep hands-on proficiency with JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, HTML, CSS, and Angular JS.Framework Knowledge: Strong understanding of ITIL/ITSM frameworks, CMDB design, and Service Mapping.Enterprise Experience: Proven track record of managing large-scale global deployments, multi-instance strategies, and complex platform upgrades.Certifications (Preferred):ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)Certified System Administrator (CSA)Multiple Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certificationsCertified Application Developer (CAD)Skills: Digital : ServiceNow_IT Service ManagementExperience Required: 10 & AboveNOTE: Please share your updated resume to c2c@galaxyitech.com
