This role requires strong analytical skills, independent judgment, and the ability to collaborate effectively with business and IT stakeholders.\r\nResponsibilities\r\nDesign, develop, and implement ETL solutions using Informatica IDMC, including mappings, task flows, reusable transformations, and parameter files.\r\nTranslate functional requirements into well-architected data integration solutions aligned with data warehouse best practices.\r\nDevelop detailed ETL mapping specifications, ensuring data quality, integrity, and lineage.\r\nPerform performance tuning of ETL processes, SQL queries, and database interactions.\r\nManage and maintain metadata, enforce data security standards, and ensure compliance with enterprise policies.\r\nSupport migration efforts, including PowerCenter-to-IDMC transitions and workflow modernization.\r\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams on requirements gathering, design sessions, testing, and implementation.\r\nParticipate in quality assurance activities, including test planning, test case development, and defect identification.\r\nProvide ongoing support, issue resolution, documentation, and enhancements to ETL workflows and data integration processes.\r\nEnsure deliverables align with SDLC phases, organizational standards, and project timelines.\r\nQualifications\r\n4 years relevant experience in data warehousing and ETL development.\r\n3 years hands-on experience with Informatica IDMC (DI, Taskflows, mappings, reusable transformations).\r\nModerate experience with data warehousing process design, performance optimization, and ETL tuning.\r\nStrong knowledge of relational database technologies (Oracle, DB2, SQL Server).\r\nAdvanced SQL skills, including complex query writing and analysis.\r\nExperience with\r\nDiagnosing and remediating ETL and database performance issues\r\nStrong verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation with technical and business stakeholders.\r\nExperience working within SDLC methodologies: planning, analysis, design, coding, testing, implementation, and support.\r\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.\r\nProficiency with MS Office, Visio, Outlook, and Jira.\r\nCodeworks discloses that the anticipated hourly pay range for this position is between $35 and $45.
