This position will be located in our Costa Mesa, CA location.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nRespond to customer inquiries and process orders via phone and email with accuracy and urgency.\nProvide quotes on pricing, delivery, and payment terms; suggest alternative products when needed.\nSupport outside sales representatives by managing transactions, quotes, and order follow-ups.\nTrack open orders, backorders, and project statuses to ensure timely customer communication.\nBuild strong customer relationships by offering knowledgeable and solution-oriented service.\nCoordinate with internal teams including credit, warehouse, and counter sales as needed.\nRecommend and help implement process improvements to drive operational efficiency.\n\nQualifications and Skills:\n\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required.\nMinimum 2 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or electrical distribution.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Eclipse or Solar ERP is strongly preferred.\nExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities.\nComfortable with basic math and product comparisons; must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.\nOnsite work required\n\nBenefits:\nAt USESI, we believe that our benefits should make a difference-to you, your job, and the life you lead outside of work.
