In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients with physical and/or mental disabilities, helping them regain independence and improve their quality of life.Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate patient conditions and develop customized treatment plansImplement therapeutic activities for physical, mental, and emotional rehabilitationCollaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teamsEducate patients and caregivers on therapy goals and progressMaintain accurate documentation using EMR systems (Cerner)RequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational TherapyActive Oregon OT License (required)Current CPR CertificationValid Oregon Driver's LicenseStrong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and patient careExcellent communication and teamwork skills
