Corporate Accounts Manager Location: Greensboro, NC Salary: Starting at $40,000 per year THE OPPORTUNITY: Directlink Logistics seeks a solutions-driven Corporate Accounts Manager to join our fast-paced, growing team. You will play a critical role in optimizing route performance, managing corporate accounts, and implementing data-driven solutions that enhance operational efficiency and service quality. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Serve as a primary contact for major corporate accounts, providing strategic guidance and problem resolution. Lead initiatives to improve On-Time Performance, driver productivity, and service quality. Exemplary analytical skills, comfortable analyzing data, and presenting findings and recommendations effectively in both verbal and written communications Use analytics to optimize routing and deliver insights to senior leadership. Collaborate with the executive team to enhance customer satisfaction and operational performance. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management. Strong communication and relationship-building skills, especially with corporate decision-makers. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced in leveraging data for operational improvements. Experience with routing software is a plus, but leadership and analytical skills are essential.
