The Logistics Analyst will play a critical role in overseeing Government Property (GP), ammunition management, and logistical support activities related to training operations at Camp Pendleton.\nKey Responsibilities:\nAssist the PM AAA Training Director and Government Property Manager in validating, inventorying, and maintaining all PM AAA government property (GP) at Camp Pendleton.\nSupport the NET Responsible Officer/Responsible Individual (RO/RI) in maintaining GP databases and executing GP inventories.\nOversee the full lifecycle of GP accountability, from receipt to formal relief.\nExecute logistics tasks, including but not limited to:\nManaging the NET Property Management Control System\nDrafting transfer documentation (e.g., MFRs, KSDs, FLIPLs, DD1348s, DD1149s)\nProviding oversight for the storage, transportation, and disposal of government property\nSupporting supply logistics including packaging, handling, and movement of end items and training support equipment\nMaintain and update ACV GP and supply inventories on a quarterly basis.\nManage the PM AAA ammunition tracking spreadsheet by training event and fiscal year.\nUpdate ammunition projections, request quantities, and process all ammunition requests on schedule.\nReconcile expenditures and turn-ins within the Total Ammunition Management Information System (TAMIS).\nMaintain forms and documentation such as the PM AAA Ammunition Request Worksheet and Ammunition Declaration of Authorities (DOA).\nBasic Qualifications:\nU.S. Citizen with an active Secret Security Clearance.\nProven experience in logistics, supply chain, or property management, preferably in a DoD or USMC environment.\nProficiency with inventory systems, databases, and ammunition tracking processes.\nFamiliarity with military forms and documentation related to logistics (e.g., DD1348, DD1149, FLIPL).\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience supporting a Marine Corps acquisition or training program.\nPrior exposure to amphibious vehicle logistics or New Equipment Training environments.\nFamiliarity with Total Ammunition Management Information System (TAMIS) and government property management systems.\nOther Requirements:\nUS Citizenship required for this Position: Yes\nPerformance Location: Camp Pendleton, CA\nRelocation Assistance: No\nClearance Type: Secret\nTravel Required: Yes 25%\nWorking Environment:\nThe usual daily work conditions will be in an office environment located at Camp Delmar, Camp Pendleton, CA. The exercise support staff typically travels with a low degree of frequency.
