Director Corporate Finance

Responsible for the overall management of the financial planning & analysis responsibilities include budgeting & forecasting, comparative & capital analysis. This position will report direct into CFO and dotted line into CEO of this long-established and growing Senior Living & wellness company.Primary & Essential Duties•Performs detailed financial analysis for senior management comparing budgeted, forecasted and actual results•Prepares and submits essential financial information for the KPI & dashboard.•Creates quarterly reports for the Board of Directors•Studies trends and reports on working capital and other investments to project and evaluate free cash flow and potential balance sheet risk•Analyzes revenue & profitability trends.•Budgets & forecasts free cash flow for the Corporate Accounting Department•Provides direction for unique accounting issues•Assists in the M&A process including financial reviews of potential acquisition targets, preparation of special purpose financial statements and integration of accounting policy for acquired businesses.•Recommends new methods and processes related to the financial analysis function and system implementations. •Provides various closing procedures to assist the consolidations team
