Maintenance Manager

The beautiful Residence Inn by Marriott has an immediate opening for an experienced Maintenance Manager! You will be responsible for the properties daily and preventive maintenance along with any remodeling projects that may be needed.Schedule: Sunday through Thursday, first shift with flexibility for other shifts depending on demand.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesManaging daily maintenance of a 111-room propertyOverseeing and handling preventative maintenance initiativesHands on involvement with remodeling and refurbishing projectsInstalling new equipmentLight electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and systems troubleshooting and repairsCollaborating with subcontracts as neededMonitoring the department budget and controlling expensesMaintaining the pool and accompanying equipmentWho We AreFrontier Hospitality Group has been established for over 75 years with eight hotels across four fantastic brands!
